Training shirt is perfect for yoga class or which cover sweater / warm sweater. The shirt has a front zipper and wide cuffs with soft elastic at both the waist and cuffs. YKK zipper is in metal. On the front are two pockets. All seams are flat to minimize the risk of chafing and irritation. The fabric, with its hints of cotton, soft body and transports moisture and breathe effectively.
