When the vest starts, it goes through all power modes and then stops on red (highest mode). To switch between heating modes, briefly press the button repeatedly. To turn off the heat in the vest, press and hold the button for a few seconds. Keep in mind: How long you can use the thermal vest depends partly on the power of the power bank but also on the power mode used. The power times described above are based on a 10.000 mAh power bank, use 5V 2A power bank.
