The Lilja HZ from Kari Traa is a long-sleeved training top with a half zipper and a slim fit. The fabric has a brushed interior, 4-way stretch for unrestricted movement, and a smooth feel against the skin. The top is temperature-regulating, keeps you dry during active days, and features flatlock seams to prevent chafing. At least 50% of the product is made from recycled synthetic materials.
