The Saucony Guide 19 (women) is a running shoe designed to provide stability and comfort during both shorter and longer runs. It features a 6 mm drop and CenterPath technology for a guided and controlled stride. The updated PWRRUN midsole offers softer and more responsive cushioning, complemented by a premium insole for extra comfort. The CenterPath geometry, wide base, rocker profile, and reinforced sidewalls centre the foot and provide even support throughout the stride – reducing overpronation.

Guide 19 is designed for long-distance comfort: a wider, squared-off forefoot with ventilation zones that provide extra room during swelling and reduce friction – for a more comfortable run on longer sessions.

The FormFit fit hugs the foot while the padded tongue and heel counter offer secure comfort. The XT-900 rubber outsole has an increased amount of rubber for better grip and durability. Stack height: 35 mm heel and 29 mm forefoot.
