RIDE 19

The Saucony Ride 19 (women's) is a neutral daily training shoe that delivers comfortable and stable running with every step, from long-distance runs to walks. 

Updated with PWRRUN+ in the midsole and insole, it offers improved cushioning, high energy return, and longer durability than traditional EVA (less affected by temperature). An 8 mm drop and increased ground contact provide a stable feel, with a stack height of 36 mm in the heel and 28 mm in the forefoot. 

The upper, made of technical mesh, has been redesigned for better ventilation and a more flexible fit, with extra padding in the heel for increased comfort. The XT-900 outsole with a rugged pattern and more rubber in the forefoot ensures reliable grip on asphalt, gravel, and lit trails, as well as a smooth heel-to-toe transition.
