M CHALLENGER 8

The HOKA M Challenger 8 is a neutral running shoe designed for both trail and road running. The Challenger 8 offers softer cushioning, a roomier fit, and improved grip for varied running compared to its predecessor. The midsole features extra cushioning in the heel to relieve calf strain and provide a smoother step feel. The last is slightly wider for better space and increased comfort during longer runs. The outsole uses a softer rubber compound and a new stud design that enhances grip on uneven terrain without compromising durability on asphalt. The upper is thin and breathable, with soft padding around the ankle and an anatomically shaped heel counter that improves comfort around the Achilles tendon and makes the shoe easier to put on.

Smooth MetaRocker™ is a rocker-shaped midsole geometry that, combined with cushioning midsole materials, guides the foot’s rolling motion from landing to take-off for a more efficient stride progression.

The compression moulded EVA midsole provides denser and more durable cushioning with better energy return than regular foam, without sacrificing volume or comfort.

The Challenger 8 has an outsole with multi-directional 4 mm lugs that offer grip in multiple directions on varied surfaces.

Reinforced toe cap with a durable "3D screen printed toe cap" that provides extra durability and protection against impacts and abrasion.
